🩸 Blood God’s Wrath — The Alliance keeps growing.

To commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, at least five guilds across the Blood Gods Wrath II alliance changed their guild capes to various shades of pink. The alliance came together in-game to show support for breast cancer awareness and those affected by it, turning the halls of Guild Wars into a sea of pink.

A small gesture in-game, but one with a meaningful message beyond the game. 💗

🩸 Something new has entered the Blood Realm. 🩸

We’ve been working behind the scenes on a new companion app for Blood God's Wrath - a place to bring more of the alliance together outside of the game.

News. Events. Community activities. Live quizzes. Leaderboards. Plus whatever else we decide to throw into the mix.

Built with the same dark, grimy BGW feel, the app is designed to grow alongside the alliance and give us a proper home for things that don’t quite fit in Discord.

🍃 The Golden Leaf Festival -

On 23 September 2026, players from across the BGW community gathered together at the Henge of Denravi for the very first Golden Leaf Festival.

What made the evening truly special wasn’t just the activities or the rewards, but the incredible community spirit throughout the night. Guilds and players came together to help each other with runs, share rewards, take part in the games, and simply enjoy each other’s company. It was one of those evenings that reminded us why Guild Wars has remained so special after all these years.

From Trivia and Hide & Seek to plenty of rewards, laughs, and a few memorable moments along the way, there was something for everyone. The Henge was filled with players coming and going, chatting, helping one another, and enjoying a night away from the usual grind.

It was a fantastic evening and a wonderful reminder that, while we may log in for the game, the people we meet and the memories we create are what truly make Guild Wars special. ❤️

A huge thank you to Serpentina23, Tips, and Konka, as well as everyone who helped organise, run, participate in, and support the event.

And of course, thank you to everyone who showed up and made the first Golden Leaf Festival one to remember. 🍂

The new home of BGW is now live, bringing the community together in one place.

News, events, guild information, community updates and plenty of BGW history can now be found under one roof.

It’s been a long time coming, but the website is finally here.

No more digging through ancient Discord messages to find something someone posted three years ago.

No more asking, “Where’s that link again?”

Just one place for everything BGW.
